A quick recap on all the units covered in grade 10 Math
Here is a quick recap on all the units covered in grade 10 Math

Linear Systems
Master intersection points by solving systems of linear equations through graphing, substitution, and elimination. Build the problem-solving skills needed to compare equations and interpret solutions.

Analytic Geometry
Use distance and midpoint formulas to analyze coordinates, line segments, geometric properties, and linear relationships on the Cartesian plane.

Quadratic Relations
(Most IMPORTANT!)
Strengthen your understanding of factoring, vertex form, parabolas, and quadratic equations while applying these concepts to graphs and real-world mathematical models.

Trigonometry
Learn SOH CAH TOA, right-triangle ratios, the sine law, and the cosine law to solve right and non-right triangle problems.

5) How to solve a right triangle, step by step:
Label the sides: hypotenuse (always opposite the right angle), opposite (across from the angle you are using), adjacent (beside the angle you are using)
Identify what you know and what you want to find
Pick the ratio that connects your known and unknown values
Set up the equation and solve
Angle of elevation: looking UP from horizontal to an object above you
Angle of depression: looking DOWN from horizontal to an object below you
Both angles are measured from the horizontal.
They are equal when the horizontal lines are parallel (which they usually are in exam problems)
When constantly when finding a missing side before applying a trig ratio
