What You'll Do

Prepare for each tutoring session and teach the assigned course material clearly.

Break down challenging concepts and work through relevant examples and practice problems.
Support students with coursework, assignments, tests and exam preparation.
Adapt your teaching approach based on the student’s course, learning needs and academic goals.
Communicate professionally with students, parents and the Fit Minds Academy team.
Provide brief updates on student progress when required.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Currently studying toward or holding an engineering degree or another relevant university degree.

Strong knowledge of the subjects you are applying to teach.
Very strong communication and explanation skills.
Reliable, organized and prepared for every scheduled session.
Coachable, open to feedback and willing to improve.
Patient and professional when working with students at different academic levels.
A genuine passion for teaching and helping students succeed.

No previous tutoring experience is required.
