Oubada Altarabishi is currently working at Nova Scotia Power as a Protection and Control engineer while pursuing a Masters in Power Engineering from the university of Waterloo. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Toronto Metropolitan University and completed his COOP term in Protection and Control Standards at Hydro One Inc. With a strong foundation in electrical circuits and power systems in addition to Linear Algebra, Calculus, and Physics, Oubada brings both technical expertise and current industry knowledge to his tutoring sessions. He is passionate about helping university students succeed academically while also supporting their long-term career development. Drawing from his experience securing a competitive co-op internship and navigating today's job market, Oubada provides guidance on resume development, interview preparation, networking strategies, and academic planning. His goal is to help students make informed decisions throughout their university journey and position themselves for future career success.
